Oil Plus Ltd follows a Code of Business Ethics as set out by Smiths Group plc. The code has 12 outlined principles for managing corporate responsibility and business ethics, based on common values of integrity, honesty, fairness and transparency. It was acknowledged that the principles cannot address all areas or all circumstances, but they provide a framework for wider policies and programmes.
